Spring Wheels is an online alloys wheels and accessories shop dedicated to bringing its customers high quality replica alloys wheels. We use only the finest products sourced from the best suppliers around the world. Our customers are very important to us and our aim is to provide an excellent service. We welcome all feedback:

How to Order

1. To make a purchase, just click the 'Buy' button and the item will be added to your shopping basket.
2. To carry on shopping, click the 'Continue Shopping' button and you will be taken back to the collection in which you were looking. Then if you don't want to make another purchase just click the 'Checkout' button on the top right of the screen.
If you have finished shopping and would like to buy the item, just complete the details on the order form and click the 'Checkout' button. If you think you've made a mistake, click the 'Cancel' button.
3. You will now have been forwarded to our secure browser where you can enter your credit card details with peace of mind. That's it! You will receive an order confirmation email from both sprintwheels.com and our secure payment provider, Paypal.
Credit Card Security
sprintwheels.com accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and American Express through our payment service provider RBS WorldPay. All credit card details are secured with 128-bit encrypted sessions and all sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government approved firewalls.

Delivery

As our items are usually in stock, we usually process your order within 1 working day. In the event that we have experienced an unusually high demand for an item which
delays delivery, we will email you with a revised delivery date or the option to cancel your order.

Standard Delivery periods are as follows:
UK within 1-2 working days.
Europe within 2-4 working days.
Rest of World within 4-8 working days.

UK Delivery (Including Guernsey & Jersey)

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class or Recorded Signed for postal service. Delivery is usually within 1 - 2 working days.

Delivery To The Following Countries Within EU - Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibralter, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Republic Of Ireland, Italy, Luxenbourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland:

All orders to any of the above countries will require a signature on receipt of the goods. Delivery is usually within 2 - 4 working days. Orders are carried out in sterling and you will be charged in sterling which means the amount you pay will depend on the exchange at the time your order is processed. Please note: we are only able to deliver to the credit card holders billing address and cannot accept any orders to an alternative delivery address outside of the UK .

Delivery To Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand & USA :

All orders to the above countries will require a signature on receipt of the goods. Delivery is usually within 4 - 8 working days. Orders are carried out in sterling and you will be charged in sterling which means the amount you pay will depend on the exchange rate at the time your order is processed. Orders may be subject to local taxes & import charges in certain countries which must be borne by you. sprintwheels.com cannot predict what these charges may be and recommend that you contact your local customs office for information. Please note: we are only able to deliver to the credit card holders billing address and cannot accept any orders to an alternative delivery address outside of the UK .

Tax Charges

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Orders made from outside the UK or the European Union, are VAT free.

Faulty Goods

Our products are thoroughly checked by our manufacturer and by us to ensure customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, you should contact us at sales@sprintwheels.com. We will issue you with a returns number and confirm which Royal Mail postal service the goods should be returned by. Faulty goods should be returned within 7 working days of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number, order number, a brief explanation of the fault and whether you require a replacement or refund. If a replacement is unavailable we will automatically issue a refund for the total costs of the goods including agreed postage costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@sprintwheels.com and return the goods to us within 7 working days of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number. We will replace any damaged goods free of charge.

Lost Goods

Please contact us if you have not received your goods within 7 days of placing your order at sales@sprintwheels.com .We will take up the matter with Royal Mail to rectify the situation.

Our Responsibility

sprintwheels.com cannot be held responsible for any disruptions to our services that are beyond our control. Whilst we will do everything in our power to correct any disruption to our service, we do not make any promise that our website or service is entirely error free. We believe that our photographs and description show and describe our products as accurately as possible, however colours of products supplied may differ slightly from appearances online or in any brochure. Dimensions and weights shown are approximate and may vary. Sprint Wheels cannot be held responsible for marginal differences in the products supplied.
